It is our wish to provide residents, family, friends and future residents the opportunity to get to know who we are as a community. We have an active homeowners’ association which maintains the common properties. We are located minutes from the Orlando International Airport, SR-528, and just 6 miles from downtown.
Wishing you and your family a terrific Holiday season. We hope your days will be blessed as you enjoy time with family and friends.

- 🍂 Fall Property Maintenance Reminder 🍂
Gatlin Gardens continues to shine as one of Conway’s premier neighborhoods thanks to the pride our homeowners take in maintaining their properties. As we transition into the fall season, it’s time to focus on seasonal upkeep:
Lawn Care: mowing and lawn maintenance helps keep our neighborhood looking its best.
Hedge and Tree Trimming: Neatly trimmed hedges and trees enhance curb appeal and property value.
Pressure Washing: Please inspect your driveway and sidewalk for any buildup and consider pressure washing if needed.
Let’s keep Gatlin Gardens beautiful together!
- Scheduled HOA Meetings. The Architectural Review Committee and Homeowners Association meetings are scheduled to take place on the second Wednesday of every month, and held at the Conway Baptist Church on the corner of Gatlin and Conway Road. - News from Orange County Recycler. Putting the wrong items in your cart can send an entire truckload of recyclables to the landfill. Keep these common contaminants out of the recycling cart: food, liquids, plastic bags, styrofoam, rechargeable batteries and household electronics. Just recycle plastic bottles, plastic jugs, tin, aluminum, steel, glass bottles/jars, flattened cardboard boxes, mail and paperboard (shoe and cereal boxes). Report a damaged cart at www.ocfl.net/DamagedCart.
