Architectural Review Board (ARB) Forms:

Please download, complete, and submit your request for the Architectural Review Board using the appropriate form below.  Forms not timely received by the Community Association Manager prior to the upcoming Board meeting may not make it on the agenda for that month’s meeting but will be added to the following Board meeting agenda.  Please see the Gatlin Gardens Covenants, Article XIV, Section 1, for items required for PRIOR approval before any work is started.  Thank you for your cooperation.
